Since our planners and digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate purchases (accidental double charge).
Technical issues preventing access to the product that we are unable to resolve.
Errors in pricing or misleading product descriptions.
